1. Provider and acceptance

Konta is a service provided by Golden Nuggets, SLU, tax registration number L-720723-W, with registered address at Carrer Major, Casa Bonet, 1, Pal, AD400, La Massana, Andorra. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms.

2. Service

Konta lets you prepare and manage invoices, quotes, collections, clients, companies, brands and other invoicing records. Some features may depend on your plan, country, prior configuration or available third-party integrations.

3. Account and security

You must provide accurate information, keep your details up to date and protect your credentials. You are responsible for actions taken through your account and for assigning suitable permissions to each team member.

4. Trial and subscription

The pricing, trial period and features of each plan are those shown during checkout. Before any charge, you will be informed of the amount, billing frequency and applicable taxes. Once recurring billing is available, renewal and cancellation will be governed by the terms accepted at checkout.

5. Tax details and documents

The user decides which companies, series, taxes, items, exemptions and details appear on their documents. Each invoice must be reviewed before issue, and documents must be retained as required by applicable law. Konta provides management tools but does not replace tax, accounting or legal advice.

Features linked to specific tax systems, such as VeriFactu or submission to a tax authority, only operate when listed as available and configured for the relevant company.

6. Permitted use

You may not use Konta to issue false documents, infringe third-party rights, access other accounts without authorisation, introduce malicious code, or compromise the security or availability of the service.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and protect information, although interruptions may occur due to maintenance, incidents or third-party services. We may improve or change features without unjustifiably reducing the essential services purchased.

8. Intellectual property

Konta, its code, interface, content, trademarks and logos belong to Golden Nuggets, SLU or its licensors. Users retain ownership of and responsibility for the data and documents they add to the service.

9. Data protection

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy policy. When users add data about their clients or suppliers, they must have a lawful basis for processing it and provide the legally required information.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend an account for non-payment, unlawful use, security risk or serious breach. Users may request termination in accordance with their plan and download their documents while the account and applicable time limits allow it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Principality of Andorra. Disputes will be submitted to the Andorran courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights and jurisdiction.
